This year YAPPERS brings Charles Schulz’s beloved comic to life in Clark Gesner’s classic musical, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.
Charlie Brown and the entire Peanuts gang explore life’s great questions as they play baseball, struggle with homework, sing songs, swoon over their crushes, and celebrate the joy of friendship. The show, full of fun songs, amusing dialogue and catchy orchestrations, features adults playing all the roles. It’ll take adults on a journey through the challenges and fun of childhood, but is also suitable for younger audiences. Whether you’re keen to fly with the Red Baron, moon over the Moonlight Sonata, or just do your best to find ‘Happiness’, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown is a crowd-pleasing classic.
The musical will be presented at St Lukes Hall, Pelissier St Yea in the first two weekends of August. Friday and Saturday nights plus two matinees.
